By dividing members by genre, we create small subgroups. Each member is expected to comment on each of the submissions to their genre folder (via Gallery Folders); giving praise for exceptional writing and advice on how to strengthen weaker aspects.
In addition to commenting on the genre folders, members will be asked to partake in Monthly Workshops designed to help the writer understand their characters and story; and in turn improving their writing and believability."
